HOTEL - The host hotel for IESA Golf is the AmericInn (9106 N Lindbergh Drive - Peoria, IL 61615). They have a block of rooms on hold for $89.90 + tax. When calling in, mention that this is for the IESA Golf State Competition - 309-692-9200

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE - Boys Tee Times: 9:00 am - 12:45 pm, Girls Tee Times: 7:00am - 10:27am

REGISTRATION - Students may check-in at the golf course starting at 6:00 am. Students may also register and pick up their packet on Friday night at the Golf Learning Center across the street from Kellogg Course on Friday night from 6:00- 8:00 pm. Registration packets include roster of all contestants, bag tags, particpant code of conduct and other tournament information. Students must check-in before heading to their starting tee. A coaches' meeting will be held on Friday night at 7:00 pm at the Golf Learning Center. The meeting is not mandatory, but very helpful. We will cover local course rules, IESA policies and much more.

AWARDS - An awards ceremony will immediately take place following the completion of the tournament.

STATE FINAL RESULTS - Go to the IESA web site Click on the underlined word "Golf" in the box at the top of the home page. The tee times are listed on the IESA Golf page. Click on the scoreboard page on the right to see the individual top 10 finishers in both the boys and girls divisions and a recap of the tournament when it has been completed. Click on the state tournament results link in the center of the page for a complete list of all competitors scores.

ADMISSION - There is no admission charge to watch the tournament or the award ceremonies.


From 55 North or South: Take 74W, to exit 89 for War Memorial Drive/US 150, Turn right onto Big Hollow Rd./W. Willow Knolls Dr., Turn Left on N. Radnor Rd.

From Rockford Area: 39S to Exit IL-18W/N13th Rd. Turn right and follow IL-18, Turn left onto IL-26S/Prairie St., Turn right onto IL-6S, Take Exit 5 to N. Allen Rd., Turn right on W. Willow Knolls Dr., Take third right onto Radnor Rd.

From Galesburg Area: I-74E take exit 82 for Kickapoo, Turn Left, Turn Right on US-150/Main St., Turn Left onto Big Hollow Rd./W. Willow Knolls Dr., Turn Left on N. Radnor Rd.

PARKING - There is parking available in any of the lots at Kellogg Parking is free.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE - We suggest you wear clothing in school colors to support your school and be prepared for all types of weather. At this time of year, it can be warm and sunny, cold and rainy, cold and clear, and/or any combination. When you pack your rain gear, also pack a heavy jacket and/or a blanket, warm gloves and cap just in case.

IESA By-Laws require that all fans attending an IESA state series contest wear shirts at all times they are on the site of the state final event. Shirts must be worn as designed by the manufacturer. Body paint is prohibited. This means spectators and athletes cannot have body paint concealed under their clothing and then remove clothing to display the body paint. Face painting is acceptable. Hair can be any color.

SIGNS AND BANNERS - IESA By-Laws do not allow the displaying of signs, banners, balloons, and such at the site of a state final event. Keep them at home or you will be directed to return them to your vehicle upon arrival.

NOISEMAKERS - IESA By-Laws do not allow the use of noisemakers at the state final event. Examples of items that are not allowed include, but are not limited to, Cow Bells, thunder sticks, milk cartons with rocks inside, shakers, whistles, electronic sound making devices, and such. Come to the state final event ready to clap and cheer for your athletes.

PURCHASE STATE FINAL APPAREL - The Cubby Hole is the official and only vendor authorized by IESA to provide fans attending the state final events with the official tournament souvenir apparel. The lineup of souvenir apparel includes: Regular T-Shirts at $17, Long-sleeve T-Shirts at $19, crew neck sweatshirts at $25, hooded sweatshirts at $30, shorts at $18, visors at $12 and caps at $12. Cubby Hole also provides other specialty apparel at the different state finals. And you can have your official apparel lettered the way you want it at a cost of $4 for your name and $3 for numbers. Patches are sold depicting the year, state qualifier and sport for $3 each.

For those who want to purchase on-site, the Cubby Hole trailer will be located outside the main entrance to the golf course.

For those who want to pre-order your merchandise, the Cubby Hole will now allow individuals to pre-order. Teams will no longer pre-order. All pre-orders are handled on an individual basis.
